STEELEX delivers specially designed Cut To Length Lines which offer practical solutions to meet today’s most demanding requirements through our suppliers throughout the world.The lines can be fully automatically controlled and have timesaving features which improve efficiency, reduce downtime and increase production.
Cut to Length Lines, covering range from 0.3 mm to 15 mm with different width up to 2000 mm and with coil weight of 30 tons can be provided.
3 different type of shears can be used for cutting the material
- Guillotine Shear,
- Rotary Shear,
- Flying Shear,
- Fastronic Shear
Due to the number, diameter, support and control of the rolls in a leveler, you can achieve a perfect surface flatness.
Additional accessories such as, paper decoiling and recoiling and plastic film coating units can also be added to the lines for especially stainless and pre painted steel usage.
Multi-blanking lines are also available from depending on your needs and demands.
