STEELEX delivers specially designed Roll Forming Machines through our partners all around the World. The lins can be fully automatically controlled and have timesaving features which improve efficiency, reduce downtime and increase production.
The Roll Forming Machines have a variety covering range from 0.3 mm to 6 mm with different width up to 2000 mm and with coil weight of 30 tons, suitable for different purposes, such as; roof tiling, floor decking, corrugation, Trapezoidal Formation.
As an option, paper and plastic film coating devices are used to protect delicate and sensitive surfaces especially in the lines which is specified to cut sensitive materials such as stainless, pre-painted, aluminium and galvanized steel.
We offer full project management including foundation construction, site selection, staff training, first run of the line and on-going operation assistance.
